THIRD WAVE MACHINISTS - Signed
75,00 €
This is not just another book about coffee. It paints portraits of a very reserved species of pioneer. Not only do we not know their stories, we also wouldn't recognise their faces, let alone have an understanding of the scope of their creativity. Deeply nestled in the shadow cast by the third wave of coffee, their ideas unleash a force which breaks against the crest of the wave, almost unnoticed. Often enough, it is their innovations that are picked up by the major manufacturers, becoming cornerstones of the industry. And there can be no doubt about the fact that these pioneers in their out-of-the-way workshops don't receive the accolades they deserve. No other name is worthy of designating these people than the one that provides the title for this book: «THIRD WAVE MACHINISTS».
