FRIEDHATS - INDONESIAN FRINSA COLLECTIVE LOT D ANAEROBIC
We have one last lot of funky coffee from the Frinsa Estate to share with you! This lot - D - is another crazy tasting coffee, but this time it’s produced using an Anaerobic fermentation in the processing. Again it was created with the guys at Nordic approach- testing the limits of processing for sure. Flavour-wise it’s the same, but also very different ;-). You can expect dark chocolate bonbon,roasted pineapple and cacao nibs.
