It’s pretty cool to have our first anaerobic coffee from Rwanda in house!

Gasharu normally does washed and natural processed coffees. But recently they started doing some experimental projects as well.

In this case the coffee is fermented for an extended amount of time in anaerobic conditions before it was dried in the sun on raised african beds.

So what to expect from an anaerobic Rwanda? It’s bolder, it’s sweeter and more funky with notes of a mixed berry jam with a milk chocolate finish.
